Farley's practice focuses on a variety of real estate and business matters, including the drafting and negotiation of commercial leases for office, industrial, retail, and multi-use properties located nationwide on behalf of both landlords and tenants; the representation of institutional owners, small business owners, and other entrepreneurial investors in individual and portfolio acquisitions and dispositions of commercial property of all kinds (including retail, office, hotel, industrial, and multifamily properties, along with unimproved land for development purposes) together with all related financing, including construction, permanent, and mezzanine financing; the representation of lenders and their loan servicers in connection with loan assumptions, modifications, workouts, and related servicing matters; and the representation of hotel operators and franchisees with experience in the negotiation of hotel franchise and management agreements. Farley's experience also includes the drafting and negotiation of complex project and investor-level limited partnership agreements on behalf of developers, project owners, and investors.
