Firm Position Faye is a partner in the Audit and Accounting Services Group and Baltimore office managing partner. Professional Experience Faye, with over 18 years of experience in public accounting and in the banking industry, is a partner in our Financial Institution Services Group. Faye serves both public and privately held financial institutions and specializes in SEC reporting, derivatives and other complex accounting issues, mergers and acquisitions, mortgage banking issues and internal control attestation. Prior to joining bmc, Faye held the position of Senior Vice President and Director of Corporate Finance for Keystone Financial, Inc., a $7 billion bank holding company headquartered in Harrisburg. In this position, Faye was responsible for SEC and regulatory reporting, corporate accounting, investor relations, and corporate tax planning and preparation. Prior to her position at Keystone Financial, Faye spent five years with Ernst & Young LLP.
