Felicity is a recruiter at BG Search Associates and a recent graduate of Spellman College. Felicity is originally from Maryland and has previous experience in diversity training, marketing and mediation. She is now becoming an expert at researching, developing and executing cold call lists, in order to find qualified candidates to present to clients.
