Felisse Otten oversees all of CHCS Services' customer contact and policyholder service areas and also manages CHCS Services' Eldercare Services division. She was President of WorldNet Services Corp. prior to its consolidation with CHCS Services. While at WorldNet, she also held positions as Quality Assurance/Special Projects Director and Vice President of Operations. Prior to working at WorldNet, Ms. Otten held administrative positions with the South Broward Hospital District and Mount Sinai Medical Center (South Florida). Ms. Otten is a licensed Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of clinical experience. She is a graduate of the University of Miami and holds a Master's of Science from Florida International University. |
