Mr. Chendra is appointed as nomination and compensation committee of the Company's Board in April 2008. He has and holds various positions as members of the Board of Directors and Commissioners in Bhakti Investama Group's subsidiaries such as PT Mobile-8 Telecom Tbk PT Datakom Pratama PT MNC Sky Vision (Indovision) and the latest as the President and CEO of PT Infokom Elektrindo. He has many valuable professional experiences in the field of IT Consumer Electronics Telecommunication and Media industries. An active member in several organizations including as co-founder of the Indonesia Multimedia Association (Asosiasi Perusahaan Multimedia Indonesia-APMI) back in 2002. Graduated from Control Data Institute in Toronto Canada in 1979. |
