As one of two original Knology employees, Felix L. Boccucci has held various senior management positions in the company. As Vice President of Finance with ITC Holding, Knology's parent company, he conducted a feasibility study which led to Knology's formation in 1997. In his present capacity, Mr. Boccucci has acquired Knology franchises in more than 15 communities and secured competitive local exchange certificates in Alabama, Georgia, Florida and South Carolina.
Before joining ITC Holding in 1991, he held senior financial management positions with GTE Corporation, which merged with Contel Corporation in 1991. Mr. Boccucci is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and holds an Accounting degree from Shepherd College in West Virginia. |
