Riccio, who serves as a representative of the Boston ownership, is senior vice president of corporate development for Trans National Group (TNG), a direct response and investment company founded by Steve Belkin. In his position, he oversees the corporate development activities of several operating companies under the TNG umbrella. Prior to joining TNG, Riccio practiced corporate law with Goodwin, Procter & Hoar, LLP in Boston, where he focused on venture capital financings, public offerings and mergers and acquisitions, and served as an investment banker with Morgan Stanley & Co. in New York. A native of Amsterdam, NY, Riccio holds an undergraduate degree from Princeton University and a law degree from the University of Virginia. He and his wife, Moira, have four children, Thomas, Andrew, Catherine and Nicholas, and reside in Wenham, Mass. |
