Ms. Fern S. Watts is an Attorney licensed to practice law in the States of New York and Florida. Ms. Watts earned her JD from Harvard Law School and a BA from Barnard College, Columbia University.Ms. Watts has more than 20 years experience in all types of corporate and finance transactions including public offerings, syndicated credit facilities, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining MGM International, Ms. Watts served as Chief Legal Officer of an AMEX-traded telecommunications company and prior to that was engaged in the private practice of law in New York and Florida, including ten years as a Shareholder of Greenberg Traurig, P.A. As General Counsel of MGM International, Ms. Watts is responsible for the worldwide legal operations of the Company and its subsidiaries, and provides legal advice and counsel to senior management of the Company. Her specific duties include the day to day management of the global legal affairs of the Company including the review and negotiation of agreements with the Company's customers, partners, and vendors. |
