Fernando Martin Minaudo was appointed Director following the annual ordinary shareholders� meeting held on June 29, 2007. His term of office expires in June 2012. Mr. Minaudo is a Certified Public Accountant with a degree from the Universidad de Belgrano, in Argentina. He is currently the CFO for Grupo de Narv�ez, a large Argentine conglomerate. He is also the general manager for Apertura (a publication specializing in business and general information), that is part of the Grupo de Narv�ez. Prior to his current occupations, he was the Controller and later the Finance and Administration Director for Disco, a large supermarket chain.
