Fernando has conducted operational and financial advisory services for both publicly held and privately owned companies with revenues ranging from $25 to $500 M principally in the healthcare manufacturing aerospace and restaurant industries.

Prior to joining Huron Fernando was a senior consultant at Glass & Associates where he was involved in turnaround consulting including diagnosing causes of failure developing strategies for profit improvement and financial recovery and assisting in preparing business plans in bankruptcy cases and out-of-court cases.
