Fey Epling is an associate in the firm's Commercial Litigation Practice Group. She focuses her practice on complex litigation and has experience in the areas of business, employment, and insurance coverage litigation.
Fey has prosecuted and defended a wide range of business and commercial litigation in state and federal courts, including contract disputes, fraud, statutory and common law unfair competition and business practices, real estate, employment (individual and class actions), trade secret and construction matters, as well as defense and evaluation of complex coverage and bad faith disputes involving commercial liability policies (primary and excess).
While at the firm, Fey has second-chaired a jury trial to verdict on a contract dispute and obtained a defense judgment in the administrative law trial of two employees' claims for punitive damages under the "serious and willful" statute.
Professional Memberships. Fey is a member and past Director of the the Bar Association of San Francisco, and is a past President of the San Francisco Barristers Club. Fey is also a member of the American Bar Association.
