Filip Lerno started with Heidrick & Struggles in April 2002 as Partner in Charge of the Brussels office. He has a special industry focus on the automotive OEMs and suppliers, as well as functional expertise with human resources roles.
In 2000, Filip was associated with another global executive search firm in Brussels where he concentrated primarily on FMCG and key industrial assignments, gaining in-depth experience in recruiting senior executives through a wide range of sectors.
Prior to beginning his career in executive search, Filip spent six years as a business development manager at Iveco Europe and five years at Tenneco Automotive Inc. as Key Account Director-Europe, responsible for the Aftermarket. |
