Filipe co-founded GuestCentric Systems in October 2006 and has served as Vice President since. Filipe brings enthusiasm and passion for creating innovative and effective design solutions and a track record in entrepreneurship related to user-centric applications to his role. Prior to founding GuestCentric, Filipe was Senior UI Product Manager at Corvil, a Dublin, Ireland based software start-up. At Corvil, Filipe designed and developed user interfaces that maximized productivity and efficiency for the end users by working directly with customers and defining requirements for the development team. Before joining Corvil, Filipe was a Systems Anayst for Expand Networks, in New Jersey where he integrated on-demand applications for managing sales and distribution channels, by working closely with the sales and support teams and on-demand CRM vendor salesforce.com in its initial market presence. Prior to Expand, Filipe was Founder and CEO at Infrastrukture.com, a web design and programming company focused on developing user-centric application solutions. Prior to Expand, Filipe worked for B. Braun, a leading medical devices company, where he held increasingly senior roles in product management in Portugal. Filipe holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration from Universidade Lusiada in Lisbon, Portugal, a Masters in Computer Science from Polytechnic University in Brooklyn, New York and an MBA with specialization in e-commerce from National University in San Diego, California. |
