Florrie Wallace, Director of Research. Ms. Wallace has worked in Executive Search since 1990. Prior to joining Kincannon & Reed in 2003, she worked with Heidrick & Struggles in progressive roles from Executive Assistant to Office Administrator, Research Associate and Associate. A generalist, she has performed research and candidate development for multiple executive functions in such industries as Manufacturing, Financial Services, Healthcare, Information Technology, Not-for-Profit, and Higher Education. She is considered a specialist in online research and has conducted Internet research training for executive search associates across North America. Early in her career, she taught English in Thailand and worked with an insurance agency in Kentucky as a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative. She earned a Bachelor degree with honors from Baylor University. |
