Floyd Keneipp has over 20 years of experience in developing technical and business requirements for complex engineering projects. He has been responsible for developing strategic energy plans for government, non-profit and private clients throughout California, and has an extensive background in developing energy efficiency projects. Mr. Keneipp has also structured and supported the financial needs of projects by identifying and acquiring incentive funds from state and municipal agencies and private utilities. Most recently, he led a $3.4 million refurbishment of the mechanical system on a major California college campus. He also headed a team to develop strategic energy plans for 17 campuses in northern California. Other assignments have included establishing new commercial and industrial accounts for a new division of a Fortune 500 energy company, originated and secured a multi-facility contract to install energy efficiency projects with a national manufacturing firm, and developed new product offerings and cross sales activity with energy commodity trading groups including bundling energy supply with demand-side offerings. Formerly, Mr. Keneipp served as project manager for the consolidation of semiconductor assembly operations in California for Unisys. He also initiated, designed and managed a $5 million project to re-engineer several aircraft component manufacturing operations for General Dynamics. |
