Frances A O�Connor, Director of Corporate Development, joined WTI in October 2005 to head up our corporate and business development functions. Prior to joining WTI, Fran was a business development manager for SAIC. She has over 30 years experience in the establishment of systems engineering methods and practices, as well as consulting, development, and project management. She has provided expert-consulting support in the areas of system needs assessment, requirements analysis, and system specification to a variety of government and industrial customers. Her professional experience has included all aspects of software design, development, testing, installation, implementation, maintenance and support. |
