Labor and Employment
Francesca Cheroutes has experience advising and defending employers in state and federal courts as well as state and federal agencies. She has been involved with claims under various state and federal statutes, including the Immigration Reform & Control Act, Title VII, the Wage & Hour Law, Americans With Disabilities Act and the Family and Medical Leave Act. Ms. Cheroutes, an experienced first chair trial lawyer, is also experienced in labor matters including pre-election campaigns and matters pending before the National Labor Relations Board.
