Francesca Viggiani is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery Studio Legale Associato based in the Firm's Rome office. She is a member of the Firm's Corporate Department, where her practice focuses on advising major Italian and foreign investments firms, asset management companies, listed issuers, banks and investment banks in public-offerings and listing of financial instruments and in general finance matters.
Francesca has gained a valuable experience in assisting mutual investment funds, Sicavs, hedge funds in the registration procedure with the Italian Regulators, including the listing of ETF (Exchange Traded Funds) on the Italian Stock Exchange.
Francesca was admitted to the Italian Bar in 1999. She is fluent in English and Italian.

Advised an Italian retail distribution company in the initial public offering and listing procedure with Borsa Italiana and Consob.
Advised a French Group in the registration procedure for the offering of shares to Italian employees.
