Francesco Saverio Locati. Mr. Locati holds a Physics degree from the La Sapienza University in Rome and an MBA from the MIT in Boston. He began working in 1990 through
a research scholarship for the use of laser in telecommunications at Funda��o Bordoni. He was hired by Andersen Consulting in 1993, and in 1995, he worked in the sector dedicated to telecommunications. In 1997, he became a Director and worked for many companies in Italy and other countries, in telephony, multimedia services, banks, such as Tele+, Stream, TIM, Pacific Bell, Banca D�Italia, and Ferrovie dello Stato. In August 1998, he was hired by Infostrada to lead the development and implementation of the information systems until December 1999; From January 2000, he was responsible for the customer service and collection activities, directly reporting to the CEO. Hired by Telecom Italia - Wireline in October 2001, directly reporting to the CEO, he was responsible for Customer Operations. Since November 2005, after the merger of TIM-Telecom, he is responsible for Customer Operations, integrated with the fixed-mobile operation, in the previously described scope excluding the IT area.
