Francine Sullivan is a project finance attorney in the Global Project Finance Department of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & Cloy LLP and is based in the firm's Los Angeles office.
Ms. Sullivan has experience in infrastructure and energy including in the areas of wind energy, solar power, other power generation, roads and transportation. Francine has represented both lenders and developers in relation to the financing, acquisition and development of energy assets and infrastructure in the USA, Asia, Europe and Australia.
