Francis (Frank) A. Marks is Vice President of Intelligent Systems Corporation.
Mr. Marks is also President of ChemFree Corporation, a company in which Intelligent Systems is the majority investor.
Mr. Marks joined Intelligent Systems in 1982 as Vice President of Product Line Planning. He has held executive roles at both domestic and international companies in which ISC had held financial interests. For the past five years, Mr. Marks� main responsibility has been for all aspects of the ChemFree operation. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Marks spent 26 years at IBM where he held executive positions including Director of Organization, Director of Product Programs and Director of Application Development.
Mr. Marks is active in community affairs, having served on the advisory councils of the Salvation Army Boys and Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta, Smith Foundation Boys Scouts of America, and local school and civic associations.
Mr. Marks received a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. |
