Fran Luisi has been an executive search consultant since 1987. He has exclusively recruited Human Resource professionals ranging from Senior Vice Presidents to Managers of Human Resources in both generalist and specialist assignments. Fran has managed executive search projects in every region of the United States as well as Europe and the Asia Pacific regions, focusing on progressive organizations across industry sectors. He began his executive search career with The Adler Group, a Human Resource Executive Search consultancy based in New York City. Fran was previously the Vice President, National Practice Leader, Human Resources with the Stratford Group, an Executive Search firm based in Cleveland, Ohio and has been the principal of his own executive search firm, where he exclusively recruited human resource professionals for many years. Prior to entering the executive search profession, he had various assignments with IBM in both divisional and corporate headquarter environments, supporting the personal computer, industrial manufacturing and software businesses. Fran earned a B.S. degree in Criminology from Florida State University. He is a member of the Florida State University Presidents Club, The Human Resource Planning Society, The Society for Human Resource Management, The Institute for International Human Resources, The International Society for Performance Improvement, The Organization Development Network, World at Work, The Arc of Monmouth County, and serves on the Board of Trustees of the Count Basie Theatre. Fran and his wife Lauren and their two children reside in Rumson, New Jersey. |
