Previously, Mr. Scherman served as Vice President, Business Development and Customer Service for eToys Direct, Inc. since it was formed in May of 2004. He was Vice President of Customer Service for eToys Direct Inc.'s predecessor, KB Online Holdings, LLC from March of 2000 to May of 2004. He brings more than 20 years of leadership and management experience in business operations, customer service, quality and performance improvement, team building and organizational effectiveness to the organization. Previously, Mr. Scherman held a number of management positions at Citicorp Diners Club, from March of 1988 to March of 2000, most recently as Vice President of Operations. He also served as an Officer in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, from August of 1983 to August of 1987. Mr. Scherman holds a bachelor's degree from Colorado State University. |
