R. FRANCIS DIPRETE is an attorney and is currently a self-employed business consultant. From March 1999 until December, 2003, Mr. DiPrete served as President and Board Chairman of Strategic Asset Management, Inc. (formerly Worldtech Waste Management, Inc.), a Nevada corporation and holding company that provides business and financial consulting advisory services to, and control and operation of, businesses. From August 2003 until December 2003, Mr. DiPrete served as President and director of Ophir Holdings, Inc., a Nevada corporation and consulting firm specializing in public and shareholder relations. Mr. DiPrete is a graduate of Rutgers University and Roger Williams University, School of Law. Mr. DiPrete has served as our Director since May 2000, and is a member of the Board's Audit and Compensation Committees. |
