Francis X. Gorman concentrates his practice in commercial real estate transactions, including property acquisitions and dispositions, real estate based finance transactions and commercial leasing. Prior to joining the firm, F.X. practiced commercial real estate law and was a licensed title insurance agent in Wilmington, Delaware. Prior to attending law school, F.X. served in the U.S. and abroad as an Airborne Ranger infantry officer in the United States Army. |
