Francis X. Smyth is a director and the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He is responsible for oversight and management of all aspects of the Company�s business, including sales, operations, finance, product development and systems design. Mr. Smyth began his management career with a general contracting company, where he spent two years before being co-founder and CEO of National Business Archives, a records management company based in Maryland (1987-96). From his co-founding of National Business Archives to his departure from that company, revenues grew to $7 million in the 1994 fiscal year. Mr. Smyth purchased the assets of the previous Century Engineering in 1996 and incorporated the Company, assuming responsibility as its CEO. |
