Francisca Mok is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP, resident in the Firm's Los Angeles office. She is a member of the Trial Department.
Francisca handles a variety of complex commercial litigation matters, including in the areas of securities law, unfair competition and class action litigation. Francisca also counsels an area airport on aviation noise and development issues.

Represented former Chairman of the board in defense of breach of fiduciary duty and securities fraud class actions based on alleged violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act ("FCPA")
Represented broker-dealer in defense of SEC enforcement action involving allegations of illegal of market-timing and late trading
Represented toy retailer in consumer class action alleging unfair and deceptive sales practices in violation of California's Consumer Legal Remedies Act ("CLRA") and Unfair Competition Law ("UCL")
Represented national drug store chain in putative class action alleging violations of consumer privacy statute in credit card transactions
Represented a Southern California hospital in a putative class action alleging over-billing for medical records.
Francisca was named a 2007 Southern California Rising Star by Law and Politics Magazine.
Francisca is a member of the Los Angeles Office's Community Involvement and Recruiting Committees. She is active in the Los Angeles Junior Chamber of Commerce and LA Scores, a non-profit serving at-risk youth.
While in law school, Francisca externed with the Oregon Supreme Court. Francisca is licensed to practice in California and before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
