Mr. Debick's practice focuses on advising individuals and businesses with the opportunities they face including income tax planning, business succession planning, the purchase and sale of real estate, mergers and acquisitions, and securities. Mr. Debick also advises on the tax and business aspects of limited liability companies, partnerships, and S corporations; corporate taxation (including reorganizations), corporate governance matters and shareholder disputes. With a background in business, Mr. Debick incorporates his business and legal knowledge to quantify risks and maximize value to his clients. Prior to joining Fairfield and Woods, P.C., Mr. Debick practiced law with a large international law firm where he provided advice to several of the world�s largest corporations. Mr. Debick routinely provides advice to corporations of all sizes and strives to provide all clients pragmatic advice. Mr. Debick was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona and moved to Colorado to attend law school. Although he initially intended to move back to Arizona after law school, the allure of the Rocky Mountains was too great and Mr. Debick opted to remain in Colorado. When not practicing law, Mr. Debick enjoys spending time with his wife, golf, skiing, traveling and renovating his house. He is an active member of the Denver Active 20/30 Children�s Foundation.
