Frank E. Murray, M.D., was named a director in June 2004. Dr. Murray has over forty years of experience in the health care industry, including significant experience as a private practitioner in internal medicine. Dr. Murray has previously served on the Boards of Directors of the Kaiser Foundation Health Plans of Kansas City, of Texas, and of North Carolina. He has also served on the Boards of Directors of both the Group Health Association of America and the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). Prior to his appointment to the Board of Directors of Molina Healthcare, Inc., Dr. Murray served on the Board of Directors of Molina's subsidiary, Molina Healthcare of California, Inc., since March 1997. |
