Mr. DiMarco became the Chief Financial Officer for EB Developers, Inc. and Berdugo Homes, Inc. in 2001. He is responsible for all financial matters relating to the development and operation of the multi-family residential properties as well as the single-family home division. Mr. DiMarco graduated from from Duquesne University in 1979 where he received a Business Administration Degree. His professional experience spans more than 23 years in both real estate development and luxury home building. He was formerly the controller for FPA Corporation, a Philadelphia based company that developed many prestigious communities in South Florida, Including Palm Aire Resort & Spa, Bocaaire Country Club, and Delaire Golf Club. Prior to his current position, he was Controller for Tarpon Bend LLC, developers of Himmarshee Landing, a Class A office, retail and residential complex on Las Olas Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. |
