Frank J. Golden joined The Thomson Corporation in 2004 as vice president, investor relations. He is responsible for communicating the company�s business strategies and financial performance to the investment community, and expanding the awareness of Thomson in financial communities globally.
Prior to joining Thomson, Mr. Golden served as senior vice president, investor relations for Cablevision Systems Corporation where he was responsible for developing, managing and executing the company�s investor relations program. His major accomplishments include Cablevision�s NYSE listing and the public offering, as well as the NYSE listing of Cablevision�s Rainbow Media Group. Prior, Mr. Golden was vice president and assistant treasurer, directing numerous acquisitions, divestitures and financings including arranging the financing for Cablevision�s acquisition of Madison Square Garden.
Prior to joining Cablevision in 1989, Mr. Golden was relationship manager in the Media and Entertainment Group for The Bank of Montreal in New York. He began his career as a loan officer at Mellon Bank in Pittsburgh, PA.
Mr. Golden received his undergraduate degree in Public Administration from Fordham University and MBA in Finance from Northeastern University. |
