Frank J. Cinatl, IV, joined Abatix in 1994 as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. From 1989 to 1994, Mr. Cinatl was Manager of External Financial Reporting for The LTV Corporation, Dallas, Texas, a steel, aerospace/defense and energy company. Between 1983 and 1989, Mr. Cinatl was an auditor for an international public accounting firm. Mr. Cinatl holds a B.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from Texas A&M University, and an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and member of the American Institute and Texas Society of CPAs. |
