Frank Moeller is a senior associate and senior project manager at Spectrum Design. Frank joined the firm in 1998 bringing experience in mechanical engineering design, project and construction management. He manages the architectural and engineering process for educational, municipal, retirement and government projects. Majoring in heat transfer and fluid mechanics at Virginia Tech, Frank received a BS in mechanical engineering in 1989. His engineering background includes the analysis and design of heating, ventilation, air conditioning systems, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Frank is a Construction Document Technologist and is LEED accredited. He is also a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, Air Conditioning Engineers American Society of Mechanical Engineers, and the National/Virginia Society of Professional Engineers.
