Frank counsels clients in the area of general corporate law. He focuses primarily on closely-held companies, private equity financing between start-up companies and venture capital firms, and LLC formation. Additionally, Frank works on asset and stock purchase transactions. Frank is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, and currently serves as the Vice Chair on the Young Executive Board at the Capital Club. Frank earned his J.D. from the Chicago-Kent College of Law and his B.S. in business and computer information systems from Indiana University. Frank served as an assistant attorney general for the Ohio Attorney General's office from 2004 though 2007, before joining Calfee in 2008. |
