From 1969 though 1995, Mr. Slattery served as the Director, President and CEO of LFC Financial Corp, a diversified financial services company with over $1 billion in annual revenues. Since 1996, Mr. Slattery has numerous business interests in start-up companies in which he has served as director or chairman. His most recent endeavors have included the formation of start-up companies through the technology transfer departments of Princeton University, University of Pennsylvania, MIT and Penn State. Mr. Slattery is also a private equity investor in several companies. He currently serves on the boards of Learned Optimism Corp., Inc., Tague Securities, Inc., PlantGenix, Inc., West Side, Inc. and Layton Business Corp. Mr. Slattery received his undergraduate degree from Princeton University, served three years as an artillery officer in the United States Army, and earned his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. |
