Frank Kalman became a director in October 2005. Mr. Kalman has been Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of McDermott International, Inc. since February 2002. Mr. Kalman retired as Chief Financial Officer of McDermott effective April 1, 2007 and intends to retire as Executive Vice President effective September 30, 2007. From March 2000 to February 2002, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Vector ESP, Inc. From April 1999 to March 2000, he was a principal of Pinnacle Equity Partners, LLC. From February 1998 to April 1999, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Chemical Logistics Corporation.
