Prior to becoming of counsel to Stein Sperling, Mr. Dunham was an associate with the Firm and practiced law in New York for several years. He received a B.S. degree, with distinction, and a J.D. degree from the University of Virginia. He also received an L.L.M. in Taxation from New York University.
