Frank White joined Alliance in April 1999, bringing over 20 years of experience in the construction management field. He has an extensive background in a variety of complex construction projects including apartments, hotels, schools, airport expansions, parking garages, historical renovations, office buildings and medical facilities.
As President of Alliance Construction, Mr. White is responsible for overseeing construction of more than 2,500 multi-family units, including condominiums, apartments and townhomes, on average per year throughout the State of Florida with an estimated value in excess of $160,000,000.
With a staff of over 100, Mr. White oversees each project from conceptual site planning and budgeting to turnover and occupancy, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness and timeliness of each development.
Prior to joining Alliance Construction, Mr. White was a partner at Beauchamp Construction Company. For over thirteen years, he served as Project Manager, Construction Manager and Senior Vice President of Operations.
In his capacity as Senior Vice President, Mr. White was involved in the construction of more than thirty projects with an estimated construction value of $210,000,000.
Mr. White earned a Bachelors Degree in Building Construction at the University of Florida and is a State Licensed General Contractor.
Mr. White, an Eagle Scout, is active in the Miami Community where he and his family have lived for over forty years.
