Dr. Francis X. ("Frank") Pampush has been a senior managing economist in LECG's Evanston, Illinois office since 1999. At LECG, Dr. Pampush directs or manages the development of economic and financial frameworks, models, and analyses that address complex business problems especially those problems with substantial public policy or regulatory content. Dr. Pampush provides and assists in the development and provision of, expert testimony for regulatory proceedings and litigation, especially in (but not limited to) the telecommunications services and equipment industries. He has conducted studies on issues of damages and valuations, mergers, antitrust, competitive analyses, price restructuring, "price squeeze" and "predation" issues. Dr. Pampush has directed cases or provided expert services provided service to telecommunications service providers in the US, Australia, Mexico, Brazil, and Italy, and to telecommunications equipment manufacturers in North America and Japan, as well as services to natural resources firms. Dr. Pampush earned his Ph.D. in economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dr. Pampush has also earned the right to use the charted financial analyst designation. |
