Frank J. Abramcheck has 25 years of executive leadership with extensive experience in large-scale information technology and program management solutions in both the public and private sectors including managing some of the largest IT outsourcing programs in the United States. He currently leads The Road Home program the largest single housing recovery program in U.S. history a federally funded initiative being implemented by ICF International for the State of Louisiana to assist homeowners and rental property owners in rebuilding following the devastation of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. Dr. Abramcheck holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Physiology from the University of Illinois and a B.A. in Biology from Temple University. |
