Dr. Andolino graduated from Georgetown University School of Dentistry in 1986 and went on to complete a one-year general practice residency program at Mt. Sinai Hospital in New York. He then completed a two-year orthodontic residency program at Columbia University in 1989.Doctor Andolino has been using lingual appliances since 1989 and has been a Board Member of the American Lingual Orthodontic Association (ALOA) since 1994. Nearly 70% of Doctor Andolino's patients are adults, the majority being treated with lingual appliances. Additionally, Doctor Andolino was inducted as a fellow of the American College of Dentists (ACD) in 1999 and the International College of Dentists (ICD) in 2004. The ACD and ICD are honorary organizations for the recognition of outstanding and meritorious service to the profession of dentistry and to the community.Doctor Andolino has been using Ibraces as a treatment option since 2004 and has been using Ibraces exclusively as a lingual treatment option since 2005.Doctor Andolino belongs to numerous national and international dental and orthodontic organizations; actively participating in programs that bring advanced medical, dental and orthodontic concepts to developing countries. He is also a co-founder and co-director of Kageno, an international philanthopy that builds capacity in developing country communities. |
