Frank Baldwin focuses on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, financing and securities offerings (including private placements and public offerings of securities), and the general representation of businesses and nonprofit corporations.
Frank is a graduate of Harvard University and University of Pennsylvania Law School. Prior to joining the firm in 1999, he worked for Morgan, Lewis & Bockius in Philadelphia and was Assistant General Counsel of IU International Corporation, a multi-national conglomerate, where he was responsible for the legal aspects of acquisitions and divestments and corporate financings with institutional lenders. From 1982 through 1999, Frank was in private practice in the Philadelphia area, most recently as a shareholder and Managing Director of Baldwin, Renner, Clark & Buckwalter, P.C.
Frank is a member of the bars of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the state of California. |
