Frank Batula, chief financial officer of Innovativ, has overseen the Financial and Human Resource activities of the firm since its inception in 1999. Batula has also secured the financials necessary for Innovativ to achieve and sustain the substantial year-over-year growth model of revenue.
In addition, he has helped develop the infrastructure within the company, including new accounting and forecasting systems.
A seasoned financial and business executive with more than 20 years of experience, primarily managing technology and high growth companies, Batula has significant experience in financial planning and control functions. Prior to joining Innovativ, Batula was the Controller and Chief Financial Officer of CSSC, Inc., a provider of systems and services designed for manufacturers and distributors of finished products.
Batula holds a bachelor�s degree in finance and accounting from Rider University in New Jersey. |
