Frank joined IPC in August of 2007, after spending 10 years selling carrier access services for Allegiance Telecom, US LEC and PAETEC. A 1982 graduate of the University of Maryland, he began his career in the healthcare industry, selling technology products such as surgical lasers. Shifting to Telecommunications in 1998, Frank has held various sales management positions across the direct, carrier/wholesale and agent sales channels. He has been active with the Technology committee of the Bethesda-Chevy Chase Chamber of Commerce and also with the University of Maryland Alumni Association. Frank enjoys skiing and snowboarding, playing golf and softball, and actively supporting Maryland Terrapin athletics. |
