Frank Elenio has joined TWS as Chief Financial Officer of the company. Frank will be responsible for managing the accounting functions, the cash management functions and dealing with the Banks and other sources of Capital. He will work closely with the Board and the key shareholders such as Cargill on strategy and financial issues. He will also review pricing strategy and contracts, and will lead our inorganic growth efforts. Before joining TWS, Frank was the CFO for RoomLinX, an innovative company providing wireless connectivity within the hospitality industry. He previously had been the CFO for Go America. He began his career with Ernst & Young He has extensive experience as a controller, and in corporate financings and other transactions. |
