Frank Kovacs is Vice President - Global Enterprise Management Systems, Citigroup. Frank currently directs the Engineering, Capacity Planning, Reporting, and Management activities of the world's largest private data and Internet network, distributed computing, applications, and IT services across the company's enterprise system globally. Mr. Kovacs previously held executive positions at AT&T Corporation, where he spent 12 years working for different divisions within the company including AT&T's Information Systems, Bell Laboratories, and their Network Services Divisions. Frank was also a Vice President of Strategic Business Initiatives in the Chief Technical Officers Organization at American International Group. Frank holds undergraduates degrees in Computer Engineering and Accounting & Finance from Rider University as well as a Masters Degree from George Washington University. He holds a patent in smart card/calling card technology and has earned the Malcolm Baldridge Quality Award and performed ISO Certifications, Six Sigma, Balanced Scorecard, and TCO (Desktop & Voice and Data Network) implementations across major Fortune 500 corporations. Mr. Kovacs was received the Gartner Group CIO Choice Award, the Vision Award for Excellence in Business Reporting from Business Finance Magazine and is very involved in the community for which his actions have been recognized by the United States Congress. |
