Frank joined Penguin in 2005. He has more than 20 years of senior executive experience including roles as CEO, President, COO and CFO of private and public companies. Before joining Penguin he was President, COO and CFO of Scientific Learning which he joined when it was a start-up and led through an IPO, and EVP and CFO of Musicnet, a start-up backed by top-tier venture firms. Previously he was a senior general management executive at Ingram Entertainment, Inc. and Commtron Corp., market-leading distributors in the home entertainment industry. He earned his B.S. in Accountancy from Miami University and his M.A. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee. He is an advisor to the Farmer School of Business at Miami University, has served as a mentor at the Global Social Ventures Competition at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, was an adjunct professor at Drake University, and is a proud member of the Fathers Club Board at St. Ignatius College Preparatory High School in San Francisco. |
