He sold the Company to Aon in 1997 and served as Aon�s National Healthcare Practice Leader from 2000-2005. Frank�s expertise includes employee benefits programs, HMO reinsurance, managed care solvency programs, provider excess loss reinsurance and other specialty risk insurance products for insurers and providers. Prior to forming McKenna & Associates, Frank developed and managed a full-service employee benefits program at the Sullivan Companies.
