Frank Mild joins Reva Systems with a keen understanding of RFID in Europe and a solid footing among technology leaders in the region. Mild helped put together large enterprise projects at Deutsch Post, Daimler, METRO Group and Siemens in his previous position as General Manager and Senior Operational Director for Symbol Technologies� Central EMEA business (acquired by Motorola). At Symbol he also established strategic partnerships with companies such as Siemens, IBM, T-Systems, SAP, and Microsoft, including distribution through more than 700 resellers. With momentum to help settle Reva across Europe, Mild has experience leading sales teams of over 100 people generating more than $150 million annually. Prior to Symbol, Mild was a General Director for Riverstone Networks from 2002 to 2005 (acquired by Lucent Technologies), where he developed business with operators like Deutsche Telekom, Swisscom and Vodaphone, and with high end customers such as Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, Germany, Austria, and Serbia/Montenegro. Mild established his career at Cascade Communication (acquired by Ascend Communications) from 1995 to 1999, where he started as a network consultant and became sales manager then sales director in Europe, and finally Carrier Sales Manager. A native of Germany, Mild holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Communication Technology and Computer Science. |
