Frank leads the Leasing and Marketing efforts for all Cullinan�s owned and managed portfolios. Prior to joining Cullinan Properties, Frank joined the Inland Group in 2004. As the Vice President of Leasing and Marketing for the Inland Western REIT, Frank�s team was responsible for development and leasing for a portfolio of over 45 million square feet of commercial property. His team negotiated and executed over 400 new leases, generating over $25 million in annual base rent. Frank has forged relationships with hundreds of national tenants and brings exceptional experience in retail and office leasing with a special focus on lifestyle, power, and grocery-anchored centers. Prior to joining Inland, Frank was Vice President of New Business Development with Hallmark Cards Inc. His responsibilities included development, and commercialization of innovative products and services for Hallmark Gold Crown retailers and other new channels. He forged successful relationships with Starbucks, Best Buy, Blockbuster and others to address gift card trends through cross-channel gift cards. Frank�s holds both a JD from Loyola University of Chicago and an International MBA from the University of Chicago. |
